The raw materials of hydraulic steel pipes are precisely drawn and free from oxidation. Due to the advantages of precision steel tubes, such as no oxide layer on the inner and outer walls, no leakage under high pressure, high precision, high surface finish, no deformation when cold-bent, and no cracks when flared or flattened, they are mainly used to produce pneumatic or hydraulic products. Issues to be noted during the manufacturing process of hydraulic steel pipes also include solution treatment and protective gas heat treatment, etc., to enhance plasticity, eliminate internal stress and uneven structure, and refine the crystalline structure. To reduce the heat treatment cracks of the steel pipes, changes such as the outer diameter, ellipticity and curvature of the steel pipes usually occur during the quenching process, and a sizing process is often added after the tempering process.
